Alberto Papparotto will be contributing to the opening with a menu dedicated to the evening. Cooking as a communal act is one way the artist finds interest towards the cultural potential food can carry within and around people and communities. Alberto Papparottos cooking also reflects on his multicultural background, using flavor and ingredients to understand his connection to different communities in one shared meal.
